What kind of Vendor are you?
Marketplace Merchant: Booths featuring arts/crafts, live demonstrations, interactive exhibits, agriculture exhibits, business displays, non-food items, merchandise and pre-packaged food items such as jams/jellies/honey etc. If you have a live demo such as chainsaw carving, gardening, live animal training, woodworking etc we would love to speak with you and include you in the overall Festival Schedule. Food Vendor: WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING ANY FOOD VENDORS - please check back with us next year, thank you for your interest.
Not For Profit Fundraiser: Booths featuring a fundraising activity to benefit a not for profit organization. Booth must be applied for and manned by the not for profit benefitted. Click here for application.
Not For Profit Activity: Organization’s providing a complimentary children’s activity in the Boomtown Days Kids Fun Zone. Click here for an application.
Rates: Early Bird Rates apply until April 1st.
Marketplace Merchant:
10’x10’= $150 Early Bird Rate= $100
10’x20’= $250 Early Bird Rate= $200
Food Vendors:
Flat Rate=$300 No Early Bird Discount
NFP Fundraiser:
10’x10’= $50 No Early Bird Discount
10’x20’= $75 No Early Bird Discount
Tent Rental:
10’x10’= $100 No Early Bird Discount
Additional Electricity:
$25 No Early Bird Discount
110v, 15 amps of electricity will be provided for your space, if requested. If you require more power you will need to purchase the additional electricity.

Boomtown Days provides some opportunities for vending, sampling and product promotion or sales. However, certain items such as literature, beverages, water, filled water bottles and T-shirts are prohibited. In addition, vending, sampling and promotion of certain categories is prohibited including: tobacco, vacation/time share packages, religion, politics, sex, liquor, credit cards or firearms. NO items may be made from elephant or whale ivory.
The Boomtown Days committee will evaluate each application and reserves the right to deny space for the display or sale of individual items which are not of suitable quality to be displayed in a family environment. The Boomtown Days committee may require the removal of work considered to be a violation of these conditions and reserves the right to make final interpretation of all conditions.
The City of Joplin, Joplin Convention and Visitors Bureau and Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce, agents, volunteers, representatives or anyone associated with Boomtown Days accept no responsibility for damage, theft or loss to exhibitors/vendors and their works. Exhibitors/vendors and visitors to Boomtown Days will assume all risk of accident or injury. The City of Joplin, Joplin Convention and Visitors Bureau and Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce or anyone associated with Boomtown Days will not be held responsible.
